Expectation, but I am reality - unedited

I really never thought I would get to a place where I can ask for someone to give me the honest truth and it not devastate me into oblivion. I was tested by the most amazing soul last night. An episode that will never be heard or seen because it was not good. I dropped the ball. Isn't failing amazing? Find the beauty in everything and you can win so much more than you will ever lose.

About the Podcast

Unhinged While Anchored
Unhinged While Anchored dives into the raw, unfiltered journey of self
Unhinged While Anchored is a space for the conversations most people avoid.

Hosted by Thalia Poppins, each episode explores what happens when you stop performing for the world and start telling yourself the truth. Through the lens of Selfsuology, Thalia examines identity, discernment, emotional responsibility, relationships, grief, growth, and the quiet moments that shape who we become.

This isn’t a show about having the answers. It’s about asking better questions.

If you’ve ever felt like you were changing while the world expected you to stay the same, this is a place to sit in the uncomfortable, hear what isn’t said, and discover what remains when the noise falls away.

Every feeling gets a chair. Not every feeling gets the microphone.

Unhinged While Anchored is where honesty meets discernment.

Hosted by Thalia Poppins, this isn’t a podcast about fixing yourself. It’s a place to examine what happens when you stop performing, stop outsourcing your truth, and start sitting in the uncomfortable places of self.

Through the philosophy of Selfsuology, each episode explores identity, relationships, emotional responsibility, grief, intuition, boundaries, and the stories we inherit, challenge, and rewrite. These aren’t polished answers or motivational speeches. They’re conversations that leave room for contradiction, curiosity, and growth.
